SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Critical Environments Manager to coordinate and direct operations under contractual responsibilities with customers. Qualifications

• A.A. Degree required with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• May be required to be forklift certified.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site assessments to measure program effectiveness against SOW and service quality.
• Make recommendations and implement actions to improve SOW and service delivery.
• Investigate customer complaints and support RCA activities.
• Identify at-risk programs and drive CAPA follow-up actions.
• Monitor internal processes for quality via on-site and remote assessments.
• Support new account transitions as assigned.
• Lead client inspections and ensure preparedness.
• Conduct compliance audits and schedule workforce plans.
• Provide trainings for management and staff to address issues.
• Prepare routine reports for management on significant issues identified during activities.
