Job summary

Qualifications

• A.A. degree required with 2+ years of experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license may be required based on business needs.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site assessments determining program effectiveness against SOW.
• Identify and implement actions to improve program quality and service delivery.
• Investigate customer complaints and conduct RCA activities.
• Monitor quality standards via on-site and remote assessments.
• Support new account transitions and client service inspections.
• Provide trainings to staff on MGMT & staff tasks.
• Assist with plans, budgets, and schedule modifications including contracts.
• Act as liaison between SBM, customers, employees, and subcontractors.
