Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step-Down Unit (7 West) in Ohio. You will work in a 24-bed CCSD environment with a 5:1 patient ratio, performing EKG interpretation, central line care, and advanced respiratory support, while coordinating bedside procedures and delivering high-quality patient care.

Rotating weekends/holidays with 7a–7p/7p–7a shifts. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced RNs and $5,000 for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and Ohio RN licensure.
• BLS for healthcare providers required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
