MetroHealth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, at the Main Campus. The role focuses on caring for patients with heart failure, COPD, DKA, sepsis, and other critical conditions in a high-tech critical care environment.

Required is an Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, and 1 year of RN experience for PRN; BSN preferred. Rotating weekends/holidays, with 12-hour shifts and bi-weekly hours cap, offers tuition reimbursement and strong benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of accredited nursing program (or accreditation in progress).
• Current Ohio RN license.
• BLS for healthcare providers current or within 90 days.
• ACLS certification current or obtained within 6 months.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience; certifications on hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care in Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West.
• Interpret EKGs and monitor telemetry for patients.
• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies).
• Collaborate with PCNAs, interns, providers, PT/OT; manage time effectively.
