Job summary

MetroHealth is hiring an RN for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West at MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick. Bi-weekly hours total 72.0 with rotating weekends and holidays. The unit cares for congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA and sepsis patients, featuring enhanced telemetry monitoring and bedside procedures support.

Qualifications include Ohio RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1 year of RN experience for PRN. A BSN is preferred and OPERS benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire
