Boston Medical Center is looking for a part-time Call Center Clinician to provide support for individuals experiencing psychiatric crises. This role involves telephone screening, triage, and referrals to appropriate resources.

The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in a related field and relevant licenses, along with excellent communication skills and a background in emergency psychiatry.

Compensation ranges from $30.90 to $38.42 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, education, counseling, or related field.
• LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC license preferred.
• Previous field experience in emergency psychiatry-related clinical activities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform telephone screening of psychiatric patients.
• Provide accurate screening for patients experiencing psychiatric crisis.
• Document calls and recommendations for action.
• Maintain an up-to-date roster of area inpatient psychiatric units.
