Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. in Parsons, KS is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor. You will supervise Crisis Support Workers, coordinate after-hours coverage, and ensure the safety and well-being of children in the Permanency Program.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university, with a preference for two years’ experience in Child Welfare. You will participate in staff meetings and trainings and collaborate with other agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area.
• Manage scheduling from 1pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call as needed.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and coordinate with staff from other agencies.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings and engage in committees/work-groups.
