TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor in Wichita, KS. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university, and two years’ experience in Child Welfare is preferred.

The role involves supervising Crisis Support Workers and coordinating with other agencies within the Permanency Services program. The position offers flexible scheduling and remote work options, with a focus on serving children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program; participate in staff meetings and trainings.
