Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor for a full-time role. A Bachelor’s degree in human services and strong child welfare knowledge are required, with a preference for 2 years of related experience.

The position includes supervising Crisis Support Workers, coordinating with external agencies, and actively participating in staff trainings to promote child well-being within the Permanency Program. Remote work options are available as part of our flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare.
• Full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings and promote the well-being of children.
