Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead the Crisis Support Workers and oversee after-hours and weekend on-call support within our Permanency Services Program. A Bachelor’s degree in human services is required, with preferred two years in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and coordinate with other agencies.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings; engage with community resources to support families.
