Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor in Kansas to lead Crisis Support Workers from 1pm to 10pm, with on-call responsibilities. A Bachelor’s degree in human services is required, and two years in Child Welfare is preferred.

The role involves coordinating with other agencies, supporting families, and advocating for children while promoting collaborative care across teams. Flexible scheduling and remote work are offered along with generous leave and tuition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
