Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers in a full-time role in Kansas. You will supervise after-school and on-call coverage, support families, and promote child wellbeing within the Permanency Program.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in human services and has experience in child welfare. Flexible scheduling and remote work options are offered, along with holidays and leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with Permanency Services staff and other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services.
• Promote wellbeing of children in the Permanency Program; participate in staff meetings and trainings.
