The Crisis Specialist Supervisor will oversee Crisis Support Workers, coordinate with Permanency Services, and participate in staff trainings while supporting families by connecting them with community resources and advocating for children's well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm, and on-call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services and promote children’s well-being.
