Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to join our Kansas team. A Bachelor’s degree in the human services field is required, with a preference for two years in Child Welfare.

This full-time role oversees Crisis Support Workers and coordinates services for families in Permanency Services. You will supervise 1pm–10pm weekdays and participate in trainings, while collaborating with external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
• Two years’ experience in Child Welfare preferred.
• Compassionate and eager to learn with a focus on helping families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm, and on-call as needed.
• Coordinate with agencies involved in Permanency Services and participate in meetings and trainings.
