Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. in Kansas seeks a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor. You will supervise Crisis Support Workers, Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm, with on-call duties as needed, to support the Permanency Services Program and assist families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years' experience in Child Welfare.
• Supervisory role overseeing Crisis Support Workers (evening/weekend on-call coverage).

Responsibilities

• Supervises Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm, and on-call as needed.
• Promotes the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and coordinates with other agencies.
• Participates in staff meetings and trainings.
