TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers, oversee after-hours coverage, and coordinate with partner agencies to support permanency outcomes.

The role requires a human services bachelor's degree and preferred two years in child welfare. We offer flexible scheduling, remote work options, and a strong team dedicated to child and family well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in meetings and trainings.
