Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis contacts via phone, text, and chat using empathetic, non-judgmental communication.
• Assess safety, risk level, and emotional needs following established protocols.
• Provide referrals and connect individuals to appropriate community resources.
• Engage emergency services when required based on assessment and policy guidance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions.
• Participate in required training, supervision, and ongoing education.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
