Job summary

HopeLink Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time Crisis Worker to provide emotional support to individuals and families in crisis via telephone, text, and online chat. The role supports a 40-hour work week with three shift options: mornings, evenings, and overnights, all remote.

Candidate will follow established protocols to assess safety, document interactions, and connect clients with resources. A strong background in empathy, confidentiality, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 120+-hour HopeLink Crisis Services Crisis Worker Training.
• Ability to provide crisis support via voice, chat, and text across service areas.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis contacts via voice, chat, and text with empathy and rapport.
• Assess safety and risk following protocols; identify warning signs.
• Provide referrals and escalate to 911 when needed; document interactions accurately.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain shift coverage as assigned.
• Engage in ongoing education; complete 5+ hours of refresher training after initial training.
