Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to join our team in Kansas. You will supervise Crisis Support Workers in your area, Monday through Friday from 1pm to 10pm and be on call as needed.

A Bachelor's degree in the human services field is required, with preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare. We offer flexible scheduling and remote work options, 20 days personal leave in year one, 25 days after year one, and 12 paid holidays, plus a longevity bonus and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in staff meetings/trainings.
