Job summary

TFI Family Services in the United States is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers Monday–Friday, 1pm to 10pm, with on-call duties as needed. The role supports children in the Permanency Services Program and requires a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field and experience in Child Welfare.

You will collaborate with other agencies, participate in meetings and trainings, and help families access community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Crisis Support Workers in designated area.
• Coordinate after-hours and weekend on-call support.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and coordination with other agencies.
