Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a Crisis Specialist Supervisor in Wichita, KS to oversee Crisis Support Workers Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on-call as needed. A Bachelor's degree in human services is required, with two years of Child Welfare preferred.

You'll coordinate with Permanency Services staff, promote children's wellbeing, and connect families with community resources. The role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits, including paid holidays and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years’ experience in Child Welfare.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers in each area, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from the Permanency Services Program and other agencies.
• Promote the wellbeing of children and advocate for families.
