Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree in human services. Preference for two years’ experience in child welfare. The role leads Crisis Support Workers and ensures after-hours coverage and coordination with agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.
• Predictive Index assessments may be used in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Promote well-being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in meetings and trainings.
