Job summary

Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) seeks a Day Shift Project Manager for the Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team. You will supervise a busy crisis outreach unit, coordinating with law enforcement, EMS, and hospital staff while ensuring clinically appropriate follow-up and referrals.

The role requires a master’s degree in a related field, 2+ years in community-based behavioral health, and supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license and flexibility for shift work are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Two+ years of experience in community-based behavioral health services.
• One+ year supervisory experience.
• Experience working with homelessness, mental illness, or substance use disorders.
• Ability to drive and a valid Washington State driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day shift operations of the MRRCT program.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting with King County requirements.
• Provide supervision to Clinical Shift Supervisors and other team leads.
• Engage with law enforcement, fire/medics, and hospital partners.
• Ensure compliance with contract, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
