Job summary

Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) in Seattle seeks a Crisis Outreach Shift Supervisor for the Night shift to lead the Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT). You will supervise field teams, coordinate crisis responses, and ensure field documentation and compliance with DESC policies.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree in social work or related behavioral science, licensure eligibility (AAC or equivalent), and at least one year in community-based behavioral health services,

Qualifications

• Licensed AAC or equivalent credential per RCW 71.05.020 to act as Mental Health Professional.
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related behavioral science.
• 1+ year experience in community-based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crisis response operations and supervise team members.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to DESC policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to staff with regular evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training to maintain program requirements.
• Support crisis outreach and de-escalation training across shifts.
