Job summary

Centennial-Mental-Health-Center-Inc. is seeking an Emergency Response Provider to join its Mobile Crisis team across the North and South Regions.

You will respond in person to behavioral health and substance use crises, perform assessment, de-escalation, stabilization, safety planning, and resource linkage, coordinating with EMS, hospitals, and families. This full-time role operates on a two-person mobile unit, with virtual co-responder support and ongoing supervision by a licensed clinician.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, psychology, social work, human services, criminal justice, or related field.
• QBHA-qualified individual or Colorado Crisis Professional credential.
• Non-licensed role under required clinical supervision with licensed consultation when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Respond in person to behavioral health and substance use crisis calls within assigned region.
• Engage, de-escalate, stabilize, and develop safety plans; coordinate care and referrals.
• Document crisis assessments, interventions, dispositions, and follow-up activities in EHRs.
• Coordinate involuntary interventions, inpatient placement, and crisis respite connections.
• Collaborate with emergency responders, hospitals, families, agency teams, and community partners.
• Provide mobile crisis response in homes, hospitals, schools, and community settings.
