Santé Group Companies in Maryland is seeking a Full‑Time Crisis Clinical Intake Manager for our Urgent Care Center within the Baltimore County Crisis Response Systems. You will lead daily operations, perform clinical assessments, supervise staff, ensure compliant documentation, and provide on‑call supervision.

The role requires Maryland licensure (LCSW‑C/LCPC) and a Master’s degree in counseling or social work, with a compensation range of $72,000–$75,000 annually depending on licensure and

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C/LCPC).
• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor UCC work schedules and ensure shifts are covered per contract.
• Provide training and monitoring of all UCC staff.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight for UCC clinicians.
• Ensure accurate, thorough and timely documentation.
• Available 24/7 as an on‑call supervisor.
• Review open cases daily and consult on difficult cases.
• Supervise UCC Therapists and develop policies with Director.
• Develop community trainings and participate in boards as needed.
• Collaborate with the BCCRS management team to ensure system‑wide service delivery.
• Assist with hiring and conduct interviews.
• Audit cases per SOPs and manage communications per protocol.
