Job summary

The Santé Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator to manage the daily operations of the Mobile Crisis Program in Maryland. The role includes clinical assessment, evaluation, supervision of staff, and on-call leadership as part of a regional initiative.

You will ensure thorough documentation, staff coverage, and ongoing training while collaborating with directors to implement policies and participate in community initiatives and board activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Able to work three shifts per week.
• Maryland licensure LCPC or LCSW-C and board-approved supervisor (or eligible).
• Comfort working with high-risk consumers who have mental illness and disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record (≤2 points).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Mobile Crisis Program.
• Provide clinical assessment and evaluation in the community.
• Supervise all program staff and on-call rotation.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation of all services.
• Monitor staff schedule and coverage.
• Develop policies and procedures with the Director.
• Participate in trainings, hiring processes, and community boards.
