Job summary

Santé Group in Timonium, MD seeks a Part-time 911 Call Center Clinician to join a crisis intervention team. You will assess, evaluate, and apply crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate situations, coordinating with dispatchers and first responders in a hands-on, on-site role.

The position requires a Master's in Social Work or related field, Maryland licensure, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and at least three years of related experience.
• Current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work in the 911 center alongside call takers and dispatchers to divert appropriate behavioral health calls.
• Conduct environmental risk and safety assessments.
• Partner with call center dispatchers, law enforcement, and other community providers in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
• Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
• Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency’s services.
• Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
