Santé Group Companies in Timonium, MD is seeking a Full-Time 911 Call Center Program Manager to lead the CCC pilot and manage daily operations with the crisis intervention team. The role reports to the Director and coordinates with BCCRS, overseeing staff, training, scheduling, and clinical oversight.

The ideal candidate can work day/evening shifts, weekends, and be on-call as needed. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 per year, with extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Develops policies and procedures and ensures implementation.
• Leads initial and ongoing CCC training.
• Assists in hiring process, including interviewing candidates.
• Provides ongoing training, monitoring, and supervision to CCC staff.
• Ensures accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all CCC calls.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Director, develops policies and procedures and ensures implementation.
• Responsible for initial and ongoing training of CCC.
• Assists in hiring process, including interviewing of employment candidates.
• Provides ongoing consultation and clinical oversight for CCC and coordination with BCCRS services.
• Establishes CCC schedule and ensures coverage.
• Directly supervises all members of the CCC team.
• Audits cases per standard operating procedures.
