Job summary

Santé Group is seeking a Crisis Response System Clinical Coordinator in Charlotte Hall, MD. The role oversees the Mobile Crisis Program, conducting clinical assessments, evaluations, and supervision of staff in the community.

The position requires a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work, Maryland LCPC/LCSW-C licensure, and at least two years of supervisory experience. On-call and multi-shift availability are expected, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work three shifts a week.
• Must possess Maryland licensure LCPC or LCSW-C and be a Board approved supervisor or eligible.
• Must work with high-risk consumers who have mental illness and disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record (max 2 points).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Deputy Directors for consultation and clinical oversight of regional programs.
• Provide ongoing consultation and clinical oversight for the programs.
• Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all services.
• Monitors schedule and ensures coverage.
• Be on-call 24/7 as a supervisor as part of clinical rotation.
• Supervise and train Clinical Coordinators; develop policies and procedures.
