Santé Group Companies in Timonium, MD is seeking Full-time Mobile Crisis Clinicians to join a police-based crisis response team. As a frontline clinician you will assess and intervene during behavioral health crises, collaborate with police and community partners, and provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in counseling or social work, Maryland licensure, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Current Maryland licensure (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW‑C, or LCPC).
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and crisis intervention, including de‑escalation, crisis planning, implementation, and treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
• Perform a diagnostic assessment.
• Perform an on‑scene assessment and treatment plan.
• Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available resources, and agency services.
• Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of medical implications when working with substance abuse consumers.
• Collaborate with families and involved persons to de‑escalate and implement treatment plans.
