Job summary

Santé Group Companies in Timonium, MD seeks a Full‑Time Mobile Crisis Clinical Coordinator to lead the mobile crisis team and supervise clinicians. This in‑person role involves clinical assessments and collaboration with law enforcement to deliver emergency crisis interventions in the community.

The position is supervisory, requires Maryland licensure (LCSW/LCSW-C/LCPC) and a Master’s degree, and involves shift coverage including some nights and holidays in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW-C, or LCPC) required.
• Three+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• On-call rotation and holiday coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of mobile crisis program and supervise clinicians.
• Perform clinical assessments and participate on a police‑based crisis team.
• Provide administrative supervision to MCT Clinicians and training.
• Coordinate safety trainings with Baltimore County Police Department.
• Schedule MCT coverage and ensure documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with community providers to streamline service delivery.
