Cheba Hut | Lincoln is seeking a Crew Member to craft great food, deliver fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby, and support a positive guest experience. You’ll interact with guests with energy and care, making menu recommendations and ensuring quick, accurate order fulfillment.

You’ll join a playful, fast-paced team with flexible scheduling, paid training, and an employee discount, all while embracing Cheba Hut’s non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions

• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby

• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
