Cheba Hut in Seattle, WA is hiring a Crew Member to craft great food, deliver friendly service, and support smooth line operations. You will engage guests, handle cash and POS transactions, and contribute to a fast-paced, energetic environment that reflects Cheba Hut’s toasted culture.

You will be responsible for menu recommendations, accurate order setup, and teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualificações

• Experience in guest service or food service setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential for fast-paced shifts.
• Ability to multitask and provide friendly service under pressure.
• Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions

• Make confident menu recommendations
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere
