Job summary

Cheba Hut Dallas-Preston is seeking a Crew Member to deliver authentic guest experiences and support daily operations with a focus on fast, friendly service and accurate cash handling. You will engage customers, promote menu items, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards across front- and back-of-house.

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, with Cheba Hut assisting in food handling certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest interaction or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Food handling certification is required; Cheba Hut will assist with certification.

What You’ll Own:

• Maintain strong situational awareness — keep your head on a swivel
• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere
