Cheba Hut Eastside Fort Collins is hiring a Crew Member to craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong operations each shift.

You will own guest experience, provide fast, friendly service, and help with meal preparation and order accuracy while upholding Cheba Hut’s fun, non-traditional atmosphere.

Formación

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Food handling certification required (we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playable, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby

• Use recipe cards and execute builds correctly
• Maintain strong food handling and sanitation standards
• Complete prep accurately and on time

Clean & Safe Environment

• Maintain strong situational awareness — keep your head on a swivel
• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
