Job summary

Cheba Hut in Oklahoma City is looking for a Crew Member (18+) to craft great food, deliver authentic, friendly interactions, and support strong operations during every shift.

You’ll handle cash and POS, make confident menu recommendations, and maintain a clean, safe environment while ensuring fast, accurate service. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, health and dental insurance, PTO, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Food handling certification required (we’ll help you certify).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere
