Cheba Hut Little Rock is hiring a Crew Member. You must be at least 18 years old, and you will craft great food, deliver friendly service, and help maintain a fast-paced, clean restaurant environment.

You will own guest experience, take orders at the register, handle cash and POS, and follow SOPs while working as part of a supportive team to keep the shop energized and welcoming.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
