Job summary

Cheba Hut in Johnston, IA is seeking a Crew Member to craft great food, engage customers, and support a lively, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll help deliver authentic Cheba Hut service with a focus on energy, consistency, and respect for the process.

As a Crew Member, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced shift, perform opening/closing tasks, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards while working with a playful, non-traditional “Toasted” culture.

As a Crew Member, you'll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions

• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
