Job summary

Cheba Hut in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Crew Member to craft great food and deliver friendly guest interactions. You’ll manage the register, assist with line orders, and keep both front- and back-of-house areas clean and organized, all while upholding food safety standards and SOPs.

This role requires at least 18 years old, food handling certification, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
