Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks and supervise 2-5 team members. You will ensure safe, efficient service across landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, and related duties.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Operations Manager, maintaining schedules, and training crew members. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to operate various vehicles, and BrightView equipment certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and training.
• Log equipment usage and perform maintenance tasks.
• Participate in branch meetings as directed.
• Look for more efficient ways to perform work.
