Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to perform site-level tasks at BrightView client sites in Ladson, SC. This role supervises 2-5 crew members and ensures tasks are completed safely and to BrightView's standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications while maintaining schedules and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in landscape maintenance or installation preferred.
• Ability to lead a crew and communicate with Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites and meet service expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and complete time logs.
• Assist in training and providing feedback to team members.
