Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites in the Greer, SC area. You will manage a small crew (2–5 members) to complete tasks safely and to BrightView's quality standards, covering basic maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications.

The role emphasizes strong team leadership, client satisfaction, and operational coordination with the Operations Manager to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership among the team and with peers.
• Experience in landscape-related field and ability to supervise crew.
• Use BrightView equipment certifications as part of job requirements.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Identify and report customer concerns to Operations Manager.
• Ensure work safety and adherence to company policies.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to align on client needs.
• Lead day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to the crew.
