Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks and direct a crew of 2–5 on client sites. You will oversee basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management while ensuring safety and adherence to BrightView and client standards.

You will lead daily operations, coordinate service execution, and mentor team members. Strong leadership and a valid driver's license are essential for this on-site role with BrightView's comprehensive

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations, load and secure equipment, and drive safely.
• Deliver services on client sites, maintain schedules, and meet service expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, delegate tasks, and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
• Provide feedback and training to crew members; monitor equipment maintenance.
• Capture crew time logs electronically and log equipment usage and maintenance.
