Job summary

Burford's Construction seeks an experienced Foreman A to lead and coach a crew in vegetation management and line clearance operations. You will enforce safety, schedule and supervise tasks, and maintain records while ensuring quality and customer relations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a lead role, strong pruning and climbing skills, and the ability to travel and work on diverse sites. A valid driver’s license and CDL are preferred, with English literacy required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• 2+ years previous experience in a foreman/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of pruning techniques (natural and directional).
• Broad knowledge of climbing skills and all technical aspects of line clearance operations.
• Must follow company safety rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach team members.
• Enforce safe working practices and company policies.
• Schedule crews and assign tasks efficiently.
• Maintain records (written and computer).
• Coordinate and inspect crew work and ensure compliance with plans.
