Job summary

Burford’s Construction LLC seeks an experienced Foreman to lead field crews with a strong focus on safety and timely project delivery. You will supervise pruning operations, direct crews, and ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of foreman experience, English fluency, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred). Be prepared for field leadership across multiple locations and storm restoration support as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant foreman experience.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices per company policies.
• Schedule crews and assign work to improve efficiency.
• Lead, train, and coach team members; communicate effectively with customers.
• Maintain records (written and computer) and complete paperwork as required.
• Inspect PPE and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Read and adhere to the Line Clearance Contract with the Owner.
• Coordinate and inspect crew work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Join storm restoration efforts when needed and adapt to schedule changes.
