Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead field crews, coordinate daily work, and ensure safety compliance on job sites. You will train crew members, interact with property owners, and monitor performance and safety standards in collaboration with management.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, managing resources, and maintaining records, with a focus on efficient, reliable service for storm work and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Driver's License Required.
• CDL required.
• Ability to travel for storm work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (physical demands).
• Must not exceed approximately 300 pounds (weight).

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports.
• Controls crew costs and optimizes use of resources.
• Furnishes reports to supervisors and coordinates with customers.
