Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to ensure daily operation productivity, coordinating with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols for the crew.

The role includes field training, supervising, and mentoring crew members, enforcing OSHA standards, and maintaining documentation and reports. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have organization skills and be able to multi-task.
• Must be capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy; conducts safety training.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and work scope with property owners; refers contested cases to the General Foreperson.
• Maintains records and reports related to crew performance; manages costs and equipment usage.
