Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations in the field. You will plan workloads, coordinate with management, and ensure safety compliance across job sites. You will train crew members, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records and communications with customers and supervisors.

The role requires CDL driving, strong leadership, and the ability to work in dynamic field conditions. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols for lines/equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
• Organizational ability and multi-tasking capability.
• Capable of acting independently with minimal supervision.
• Must hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work from orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for the crew.
• Enforce safe work practices and train on safety.
• Coordinate access with property owners and customers.
• Obtain permissions to perform work at sites.
• Maintain customer relations and report on work completed.
• Investigate minor incidents and settle small claims as needed.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and crew reports.
