Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate field tasks, and enforce safety protocols on job sites. You will mentor crew members, train on new units, and liaise with property owners to secure access and ensure timely completion of work.

With a strong emphasis on safety and customer relations, you will manage timesheets, reports, and cost controls while maintaining high standards of quality and site organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include understanding drawings and symbols for lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Must be able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA; conducts safety training.
• Obtains property owner permission and coordinates access.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew performance reports.
• Controls crew costs and efficient use of resources.
